Who we are

This website is operated by Ronen Chen, trading as Terra Assets ("we", "us"), based in Israel. For any question about this policy or about personal data we hold, contact [email protected].

What we collect

This site does not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels or analytics that identify you personally.

To confirm with counsel: whether any analytics, chat widget or contact form is added later — each addition changes this section and may require consent mechanics.

Why we hold it, and on what basis

We use enquiry details solely to respond to you and, where a relationship follows, to provide our services and meet legal and accounting obligations. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.

How long we keep it

Enquiry correspondence is retained for as long as needed to answer it and for a reasonable period afterwards. Records connected to an engagement are retained for the periods required by Israeli tax, accounting and anti-money-laundering law.

To confirm with counsel: the specific retention periods that apply to your engagements.

Who else sees it

We share personal data only with service providers who help us operate — such as our website host and email provider — and with professional advisers, banks or authorities where required by law or by a transaction. Some of these providers operate outside Israel, which means data may be transferred and stored abroad under appropriate safeguards.

Your rights

Under Israeli privacy law you may ask to review the personal data we hold about you, to correct it if it is inaccurate or incomplete, and in defined circumstances to have it deleted. If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may hold additional rights under the GDPR, including data portability and the right to object to processing. Write to us at the address above and we will respond within the period the law allows.

Security

We maintain reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, and we review them on an ongoing basis. No system is perfectly secure; if a security incident affects your data, we will act as the law requires.

Complaints

If you believe we have handled your data improperly, please contact us first so we can put it right. You may also complain to the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority, or to your local supervisory authority if you are in the EU or UK.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
